Biography

A home manager from Cleveland, Alma Smith served two terms in the Ohio House of Representatives. She held appointments to the following committees:

-Benevolent and Penal Institutions,

-Health,

-Education,

-State Buildings,

-Parks and Public Works, and

-Labor.

 

Rep. Smith introduced legislation regarding divorce and public safety.
