LADIES' GALLERY

Judith Carr was appointed in May of 1993 to replace her late husband in the Ohio House of Representatives. Her husband, Frances E. Carr, had served on the Alliance City Council and as mayor of Alliance prior to being elected to the Ohio House in 1992.

Representative Carr's House district included Stark County and parts of Carroll and Mahoning counties.
